style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La asociaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica \"IDEA\" tiene como objetivo mejorar la calidad del proceso educativo dentro de las escuelas VET en toda Europa, con respecto al desarrollo de nuevas metodolog\u00edas innovadoras para crear lecciones digitales, mejorar las habilidades digitales del personal y crear lecciones interactivas e inclusivas para los estudiantes.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para ello, los socios mejorar\u00e1n las habilidades de los profesores\/educadores para trabajar con los nuevos m\u00e9todos en l\u00ednea. Desarrollar\u00e1n una combinaci\u00f3n de metodolog\u00eda y herramientas digitales para uso de los docentes. Elegimos desarrollar una nueva metodolog\u00eda para lecciones en l\u00ednea\/digitales deliberadamente, porque en nuestra experiencia previa, creemos que es m\u00e1s efectiva, exitosa y popular que las lecciones en l\u00ednea basadas en conferencias de presentaci\u00f3n unilaterales.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esta metodolog\u00eda ayudar\u00e1 a los estudiantes a conectarse, ser interactivos, ser m\u00e1s activos y creativos durante las lecciones y una herramienta s\u00f3lida en tiempos en que la comunicaci\u00f3n visual\/digital es muy importante, especialmente entre los j\u00f3venes. Las escuelas de todo el mundo ciertamente no estaban preparadas para ello. Esto afect\u00f3 dr\u00e1sticamente a los maestros y estudiantes de muchas maneras negativas: econ\u00f3mica, mental, f\u00edsica y social. Los estudiantes durante este per\u00edodo de cuarentena, encierro, restricciones, etc. tuvieron muchas tareas para las cuales no estaban preparados adecuadamente y no pudieron terminarlas de manera productiva y exitosa.<\/p><p>Debido a esto, su proceso de aprendizaje se vio afectado, disminuy\u00f3 y\/o se estanc\u00f3. Tambi\u00e9n afect\u00f3 su interacci\u00f3n social.
