abilit\u0103\u021bile profesorilor\/educatorilor de a lucra cu noile metode online. Ei vor dezvolta o combina\u021bie de metodologie \u0219i instrumente digitale pentru uzul profesorilor. anume, pandemia de Covid-19. \u0218colile din \u00eentreaga lume cu siguran\u021b\u0103 nu erau preg\u0103tite pentru asta. Acest lucru a afectat drastic profesorii \u0219i studen\u021bii \u00een multe moduri negative diferite: economic, mental, fizic \u0219i social. Elevii din aceast\u0103 perioad\u0103 de carantin\u0103, izolare, restric\u021bii etc. au avut o mul\u021bime de sarcini, pentru care nu erau preg\u0103ti\u021bi corespunz\u0103tor \u0219i nu le-au putut termina productiv \u0219i cu succes.<\/p><p>Din aceast\u0103 cauz\u0103, procesul lor de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare a fost afectat \u2013 era \u00een sc\u0103dere \u0219i\/sau stagna. Le-a afectat \u0219i interac\u021biunea social\u0103.
